"Grief is in two parts. The first is loss. The second is the remaking of life." - Anne Roiphe
After someone has passed away, those left behind are struck with the task of carrying on without them, which at times can seem almost impossible.
As we are all unique, so too is our grief and our ability to move forward with a broken heart much the same. One day might be encouraging, the next a standstill, and that is ok. Healing takes time and will be different for everyone - you just need to remember you're allowed to take as long as you need to walk that path.
To help you on the journey, we hope this collection of losing a loved one quotes on healing offers you some solace and strength to heal.
