The Mayor, Councillors, Executive Leadership and staff of Knox City Council are deeply saddened by the passing of former Knox councillor and mayor, Ray Addicoat. Ray served on Council from 1969-1981, which included a term as mayor from 1974-1975. His dedication and commitment to the Knox community and local government will long be remembered. Deepest sympathies are extended to Ray’s family at this difficult time.
