Call our husband, dad, when would he be home???

He’d be at the pub, having a cold beer after a long, hard day out on the gear

We miss the days you give us advice

Because without your guidance we’d have to think twice

We loved to jump aboard your boat

Go out to sea and you keep us afloat

Watch another sunset in the sky

Over the paddocks just scooting by

Things you loved and we loved too but these things aren’t the same without you

We love you and miss you and not a day will go by

Where we think of you without a dry eye
