CHRISTENSEN, Corey.

We have tried to make sense of the loss of our beloved Corey and have to come to terms with the fact that it will never make sense. The greatest comfort during the painful and difficult time is the expressions of sympathy conveyed to us in many ways. We deeply appreciate everyones's thoughtfulness and thank you all most sincerely. We thank you for the many flowers, cards, phone calls, visits, meals and assistance given to us. Donations made through Corey's Go-Fund-Me page have been gratefully recieved and will go a long way in ensuring Corey's three sons will continue to have every opportunity in life. We thank those who attended Corey's Funeral Service and Wake. The Service was a clear indication that everyone who knew Corey loved him and the type of man he was - kind, loving, loyal and hard working. He was truly loved by so many and always will be. Thank you to Emergency Services, Wright's Funeral Services, Father Dway, Burdekin Theatre staff and Volunteers, Ayr Surf Life Saving and Sun Meals. Corey was a wonderful husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and frend. He was a perfect father. Corey may be gone but his memory will stay with us forever. A life well lived is a precious gift, Of hope and strength and grace, From someone who has made our world A brighter, better place, It's filled with moments, sweet and sad With smiles and sometimes tears, With friendships formed and good times shared, And laughter throughout the years. A life well lived is a legacy, Of joy and pride and pleasure, A living, lasting memory Our grateful hearts will treasure. Sincerely, Jaye, Karen, David and Renaee.
