We miss your 'G'day mate' in your fair-dinkum Ocker way,

Chatting about your outback life of bygone days,

Flat out like a lizard drinking, working your sparky craft,

All the while, your hard Yakka took it's toll,

You knocked off for a smoko, but you won't be back later on

When you 'hit the sack too soon' dear Eppo,

Here's remembering a true blue Aussie bloke.

You're in our hearts and thoughts always

From your family across Oz and beyond.
