GALEANO, Grazia Antonina Family of the late Grazia Antonina Galeano wish to express their deep appreciation to all those who provided our families with support, offered condolences, sent message, made phone calls, visited our families, sent flowers, made donations to the Stroke Foundation and attended Grazia s Funeral. Many thanks to all those who cared for Grazia including the staff at the Pyramid Residential Care Centre and the Cairns Hospital.
