The family of Geoff wish to extend our sincere thanks to relatives and friends who attended Geoff’s Funeral, sent messages of sympathy and support, phone calls, visits, flowers, cards and cooking.

A special thanks to Dr Cotton and Blue Care for their care and support, so that Geoff could spend his final days at home with his family.

Also to everyone who came to visit Geoff and offered help during this difficult time, was greatly appreciated.
