The family of the late Carol Hart would sincerely like to thank Bolton Clark Fahnorha Aged Care for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Mum over the past six years.
We are also deeply grateful to the Cairns Hospital, particularly Dr Baig's team and the staff of M.A.U. for their outstanding communication, care and for making her comfortable in her final days.
