Julie, Robyn and Family wish to sincerely thank relatives and friends for their words of comfort, cards, flowers and support during the sad loss of our special Mum, Hazel.

Special thanks also to Dr Joseph Ling, Nursing Staff at Cairns Private Hospital and Blue Care Staff for their long term support of Hazel.

A beautiful life with many happy memories.
