Dad & Bunj,


You left me one year ago and you left a hole in my heart, one that can not be mended by any person.
After just under 70 years of marriage and over 80 years of knowing each other as my best mate; this last year has been unbearable and I miss you so much.

Not a day goes by where I don’t shed a tear for you and remember the many times & memories we had together.
Only half of me is left and I long for the day to see you again in the sweet bye and bye.
I will see you soon up there dad in the mean time I will "Think Happy Thoughts".

So quickly one year has slipped by since you left.
We miss you greatly but you were tired from your hard labour.
You have entered your rest in that land where you’ll never grow old.

Pa, It’s been one year today since you sadly left us and we miss you.
The only good news besides Jesus, is that you one year ago were promoted
to glory and are now sleeping, awaiting the return of your Saviour Jesus Christ
who will crown you with many crowns adorned with all of the many jewels for
your lifetime of continual faithful service.

You are where you always talked about- with Jesus.
"By Grace Alone, By Faith Alone, In Christ Alone    "
You have gone and your spiritual guidance is gone but your example and memories live on in us.
Thank you for being our pa, big dad & mentor in the things of the Lord.

Loved Dearly & You Pa will never be forgotten.

Today we remember our church founder, our spiritual Father, our Devoted Elder
and our forever missed and cherished Pastor Bert.

We are forever grateful and thankful for your many hours of service to all of us
here at Revival centre church Buchan St.

You were always there for us no matter what state we were in you always opened
your heart and your door to us and most of all you continued to love us and help us
right through until the day you passed on to be with our dear Lord.

Rest Eternally in Jesus Pastor Bert & know we are always thinking of you & will see
you up there in the land beyond the skies.
