Max's family wish to sincerely thank his relatives, friends, work and team mates for their concerned support throughout his final illness. We appreciate the kindness and expressions of sympathy we received at and after his farewell service. We thank the Nursing staff especially Joe of the Respiratory and Renal Ward, Cairns Hospital. In particular we appreciate the fellowship and pleasure Max found at the Cairns and West Cairns Bowling Clubs: we are truly grateful to Tony and the Committee Members who have been instrumental in creating the annual
MAX JAMISON CHALLENGE CUP. Thank you to the West Cairns Bowling Club for the use of their club rooms and providing a wonderful afternoon tea. Max had so many good and true friends in Cairns and we are sure he will not be forgotten.
