JOHN, Graeme

The Board of Aurizon is deeply saddened by the passing of Graeme John, a valued member of the Board from 2010-2015. Graeme made a major contribution to Aurizon during a transformative period for the Company, in the five years following our ASX listing.

As a Director, Graeme brought to the table his considerable skills and business experience from a distinguished career in senior corporate roles in Australian business. His great passion was AFL. Not only was a Graeme a great footballer and coach but later a club president and AFL commissioner.

Graeme will be remembered as a great Australian who contributed across many dimensions, for business, sport and the community. On behalf of Aurizon, we send our deepest condolences to Graeme’s family.
