If we could visit heaven, to say a quick hello, to hear your voice, and see your smile, then pop back down below. We’d be ok, the ache would ease, to know that you’re all right. With all your friends and family, to love you every night. But heaven has a one-way gate, and my time’s not up yet. I still have work to do down here, and that I can’t forget. To love and guide my family, All with my loving wife. And every day I thank you Mum, for giving me my life. Grandkids I will pray for, and god willing they will come. And when I nurse and look at them, I’ll think about you my Mum. x Not a day goes by that we dont't think of you. That cheeky smile as you dance down the hall.
