Jean’s Family wish to acknowledge and thank the Doctors and Staff of Townsville University Hospital including the Stroke Unit, Sub Acute and Palliative Care. A special thank you to Dr. Tracey Symmons for helping us grant Mum’s wish of having a few days at home. Anita and DVA Staff who supported us and Mum in her time of need. The paramedics, Physio’s, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Orderlies and Nurses who all contributed to Mum’s Care. Morleys Funerals for their assistance in helping us say goodbye. Everyone who sent floral tributes and condolences, which helped us through this difficult time. All the above displayed professionalism and showed care and assistance beyond our expectations, which provided Jean and her Family with the best possible final journey.
