Micky, we can't believe it's been a decade;
We can't help but feel a little betrayed.
Daily, we wonder how life could have been;
With you by our side, not just in a dream.

We took life with you here for granted;
However, lasting memories have been implanted.
Of all the good times we shared with you;
Remember the time you rode an emu?

We haven't just lost someone;
We have lost our favourite son,
Uncle, brother and best mate.
Micky, you truly were great!

10 years it's been, what can we do?
Nothing but sit out here beside you.
You will never leave our hearts and thoughts;
