Special thanks to Dr Chris Goodall and staff at Plaza Family Medical Centre, Dr Patrick Donald and staff at Liz Plummer Cancer Care Centre, Cairns Base Hospital staff, Queensland Ambulance Service, Gordonvale Palliative Care and the McGrath Foundation Breast Care Nurses. You people are truly special.
