When a person dies, their traits are often passed on to those closest to them and the departed live on through those which remain.
During the twelve months since your passing, I have reflected on your many traits and the honorable manner in which you lived your long life.
I was reminded of you saying the circus would come to town after you passed.
It did.
You won't be surprised to know that I chose not to go.
I have also been reminded of the phrase "Truth will ultimately prevail where there is pains taken to bring it to light".
It will.
I miss you so, and which is as it should be, but feel so very grateful for the memories I will always have of you.
