Quincy Jones
Remembering Quincy Jones: the legendary music icon, producer, and philanthropist whose profound influence spanned over seven decades and inspired generations.
In Memoriam
Devoted to the memory of Kevin Rosevear whose funeral service is held in Margate today.
Late of Huonville he is remembered for his service to rowing as a member of the Tasmanian Rowing Council and President of the Franklin-Geeveston Rowing Club.
We recall his esteemed service to the Franklin Rowing Club during the highly successful years of the 1970s when crews coached by Paul Myler (dec) and Ross McMullen (dec) won countless state championships.
in particular members of the state champion senior eight, four and pair of 1978 salute his valuable service to the club and keen encouragement of the rowers.
He was strongly supported by his dedicated wife Monica to whom we express both our gratitude and sincere sympathy. After 89 valiant years, may he rest peacefully.
Representing the champion 8 of 78 - Peter Dazeley (Sydney) and David Schier (Shepparton)
