SQUIRE, Nanette (Nan) (OAM)

Glengollan Village wishes to acknowledge the tremendous contribution Nan made to Glengollan as a Board Member and Life Governor over a period of 33 years. During that time, Nan was President for 11 years, Secretary for a time, worked in the office for 3½ years, took VLH residents away on holidays, organized the 50th Anniversary Art & Craft Exhibition, made cards with nursing home residents as a fundraiser and in 2005 was nominated to Knox Council for Volunteer of the Year. Our Squire wing opened in 2011 is named in honour and with thanks for the generosity of time and money given to Glengollan by Nan.
