Thank you for all the kind written and phone calls regarding Trevor and his mother.

I would like to thank his residential and nursing staff at Austin Hospital-Repat. Trevor died peacefully with his mother beside him.

Special thanks to John his brother, wife Val and his step cousins Trish and Shane, as well as Rosie and Chris who made his life brighter at the end with the special literature.
