LEYLAND, Douglas Stewart (Doug) of Alexandra Gardens and formerly of Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village, Yeppoon passed away peacefully Wednesday, 5th September 2018 Aged 94 years and 10 months. Beloved Husband of Mavis (dec'd). Very much loved Father and Father-in-law to Lesley and David McSherry, Paul (dec'd), Kerry and Gregory Saw, Elizabeth (Beth) Graham (dec'd). Loved Grandad of Brendan and Louise, Justin and Andrea, Benjamin and Rebekah, Ellie, Erin and James. Great grandfather of Oren, Fynn, Falan, Ronan, Keanan. Brother and Brother-in-law to Marjorie Leyland (dec'd), James and Margaret Leyland (both dec'd) and Uncle to Mark and Margaret Leyland and Jennifer Leyland. As per Douglas' request a Private Cremation Service was held yesterday at the Rockhampton Crematorium.
