Passed away on 22nd November, 2018 at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Aged 72 years. Much loved husband of Susan. Cherished father and father in law of Mark, Christina, Lucy, Lee, Sam, Josh, Thomas & Paige. Adored Grandfather of Angus. The family would like to thank Prof Bardy, Dr Santhosh and the haematology nurses at the RAH. Funeral arrangements to be advised.
