Loved brother and brother-in-law of Chris (dec.) and Wendy, Joy and John Wagemaker, and Eric and Robyn,

Beloved ‘Unks’ and ‘Caseby’ to his many nieces and nephews.

With sincere thanks to all who cared for Case during his courageous journey with cancer.
