ALLEN, Merle (nee BAXENDALE) 4.1.1924 9.4.2019 Proudly ex WAAAF Late of Clapham, passed away at St Paul s Lutheran Homes Hahndorf on 9 April aged 95. Much loved by Douglas and Janet, Olivia, Brendan, Annabel (Miss Puss to GG) and Rory James, Claire, Dudley and Margot. Fondly remembered for her straight talking and loving involvement. Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Heather and Jon; devoted Grand to Nick and Mad, Sam and Heather; GG to Matilda, Grace and Edward. Merle was as sharp as a tack into her 96th year. She will be deeply missed by the Cranna family. A rich and fulfilling life well lived. Loving Mother and Mother-in-law to Robert and Kelly, Grandmother to Rylee, Stuart, Morgana and Cade, Matthew and Jade, Mitchell and Suzi, Cameron and Taryn. GG to Rhys and Maddison.
