Born in Gioiosa Ionica, Italy on December 23, 1933. Passed away gently and peacefully with her loving family near her on August 13, 2018. Beloved wife of Nicola for 59 years. Devoted, dearly loved and revered mother and mother-in-law of Teresa and John and Anthony. Loved daughter of Teresa and Domenico Antonio Iervasi (both deceased). Daughter-in-law of Salvatore, Maria Teresa and Carmela Ameduri (all deceased). Dear sister and sister-in-law to Giuseppe and Luigina (deceased) Iervasi. Atillio (deceased) and Maria Iervasi. Dear sister-in-law to Vincenzo and Rosa Cavallaro, Alfredo and Giuseppina Dimasi, Natale and Lia Ameduri, Giuseppe and Teresa Ameduri, Rocco and Luciana Ameduri. Loved and remembered always by her extensive family of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends always. The family would like to thank Dr Angela Laudato for her longstanding professional and committed care of our dear mum. Also to the following who took great care during her long battle with illness: Dr Sina Vatandoust at the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer, Dr Amanda Townsend at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Oncology, The staff and volunteers at the Mary Potter Hospice, The staff and volunteers at the QEH Palliative Ward.
