Late of West End. Passed away peacefully on Monday 21st May, 2021 at the Palliative Care Unit at the Townsville Hospital. Only Daughter of Ken and Avis Horsfield (Both Deceased). Loving Partner of Kevin Jarius (Deceased). Cousin to Robert, Margaret, and Betty.

Aged 68 Years

In keeping with ANNIE’S wishes A PRIVATE CREMATION was held.

A CELEBRATION OF ANNIE’S LIFE will be held at a later date.
