Mary Patricia (Pat) Ashton (nee Hogan) , beloved wife of William (Bill) Ashton (dec) , and loved mother of John (dec), Peter, Leonie (Lee) Moyes, Richard and Alan. Sister of John (dec), Alan (dec), Leonie Turner, Deirdre Benson, Michael, Gerard, and Philip (dec) , and revered matriarch for numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pat was a superb embroiderer, whose ecclesiastical designs can be found in church communities in almost every state of Australia. She was a Past President of The Embroiderers’ Guild, Queensland.

After a long and productive life, Pat faded peacefully away.

A private cremation has been held.
