ATWELL. - Violet Edith Elizabeth (Bub). Surrounded by love and gentle care, Violet passed away July 28, aged 87, at Hastings Regional Nursing Home. Loving wife of Burt (Jim) (dec.). Much loved mother of Chris, Old Timer of Tony,adored Nanny Bub of Bruce, Clint and Jamie, great grandmother of Raylene, Rebecca, Dustin, Naomi, April (dec.), Nina, Clint (dec.) and Lincoln. Violet was the youngest child of Mabel and Hector Power, a loving sister of Daphne and Jack (all dec.). For my wonderful Mum, as you brought me into this world, I have had the privilege to walk you out of 17 lost years in the wilderness of Alzheimers disease. I remember the love and the laughter. Run free now Mum, go in perfect peace with Dad. Vale my Darling Heart - Chris. Every time I see a violet I'll be thinking of you always. - Ruthie, David and family. Happy memories of Nanny Bub.
