JACK passed away peacefully on Saturday 12th May, 2012 with his Family by his side. Loving Husband of Nessie. Loving Father and Father-in-Law of Eric and Janelle, Natalie Embregts, David and Julie, Hugh, Ava. Grandfather to Kylie and Damien, Renee and Raphael, Rachel and Andrew, Rebecca and Matthew, Eric (Jnr), Liam and Kieran.
