BARNETT, Gordon

We are saddened to announce the passing of Gordon Barnett, born on February 9th, 1930, in Quirindi. He worked in retail at Treloars in Tamworth until 1995 before retiring to the Tweed Coast.

Beloved husband of the late Marian Shirley Barnett, and father of Russell, Terry, and Trudi.

Gordon lived a happy, active, and peaceful life in retirement. He was well-liked by all who knew him.

Gordon passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on May 7th at John Wesley Gardens in Geebung, with family present.

He was cremated on May 10th, and at his request, there will be no funeral, but a scattering of his ashes at Terranora Waters.
