BARR, Eunice May

Lately of Wellington Point and Wynnum North.

Eunice was the loved first child of Charles and Ethel (Crosthwaite) Greenhalgh and the much loved sister, sister -in-law and aunt of Dorothea (Diggs), Dell (Huett), Kenneth and Brian and their families.

Eunice's father served in police stations at Winton, Richmond, Ilfracombe, Petrie, Tiaro and Gympie.

The family settled in Bulimba in the late 1940's where Eunice met widower Edwin John Barr. The couple married in 1954 and Eunice became step-mother to John (Dec.) and Helen (Curtis) and grandmother and great-grandmother to their families.

Eunice was the beloved mother of Pamela (Lane), Russell and Graham and an adored grandmother and great-grandmother to their families.

Eunice was the loving life-long friend of Margaret McPherson of Wynnum North.

This, too, shall pass.
