Passed away peacefully at Encounter Bay on September 30.
Younger daughter of Thomas and Dorothy Bearup.
Loving sister of Judy and aunt of Mandy (both in USA).
Cecilie created the South Australian Occupational
Therapy Association in 1963, which laid the foundation for
State registration for the profession in 1974.
She was the Foundation Lecturer in Charge of the Occupational
Therapy School at SAIT.
She was an active member of the community
especially in visual arts and literature.
Cecilie will be sadly missed by her companion Scottie
Dog "Doris" and her family, her friends and her neighbours.
A function to celebrate the life of Cecilie will be
held at a later date to be advised.
