It is with much sadness that we announce that Jennifer has passed peacefully at John Fawkner Private Hospital. Jennifer was the most loving, caring and beautiful person who will be sadly missed by family and friends. Loving Wife to Clavell. Adored Mother to Adam, Kane and daughter-in-law Dee. Much loved Nan to Kaelee and Brooke. A perfect angel who will be forever in our hearts.
