Bob CHARLTON

CHARLTON. _ Bob. Passed away on Dec. 16, 2012 Bob, a valued friend from when we were both teenagers and he came down from Bendigo more than 64 years ago during a break in the school term, to holiday with his cousin who resided in West Brunswick. Bob, whose inborn temperament which was never affected by lifestyle events or environmental factors throughout his entire life. Bob was admitted to hospital in September this year, but did not enjoy living at home thereafter. Never the less, we were able to recall much of what had transpired throughout our friendship during visits to the hospital to support him. At the end of which he would say, "thanks for coming in". Regrettably, they were the last words I heard Bob speak, while my last response, "I will be in again next week, but am not sure at the moment which day that will be". It did not come to be when Bob passed away on Saturday prior that week commencing, however those last words demand to be the more significant of many wonderful memories/ recollections of our friendship. _ Brian Short (the big Moche).
