BOWLEY, Betty (Myra)

Passed away peacefully on 21 June aged 97.

Betty's irrepressible, effervescent and mischievous character was infectious and always brought smiles to the faces of all who met and knew her. Her contribution to the Burnside Hockey Club since its establishment in 1969, team manager, mentor and supporter. Betty was a core part of the soul of the club and was made a life member in 1981. She was also President of the Women's Hockey Association and was awarded Life Membership of Hockey SA in 1993.

Mum, Grandma, and Great Grandma will be missed by children Beverley and Ian, partners Steve and Pauline, Grandchildren Brett, Lauren, Cassie, and Kelly and Great Grandchildren Aria, Blake, Isabella, and Patrick.
