Pat died peacefully at her home in Canberra on

Loved wife of

John (deceased),

mother of Peter and Leslie and 'Nanna Pat' to

Patrick, Lenny and Ray.


Pat was a beautiful, loving and generous woman who was strong, adventurous and positive all

throughout her life.

The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and support.

remembered always.
