BRIND, Henry Edward 21.10.1932 – 2.08.2019 Passed away peacefully at Ballina Hospital. Loving husband of Fay, father and father-in-law of Di and Steve, David and Lorraine. Cherished Pop of Sarah and Adrian, Matt and Emily, and Josh. Special Poppy Henry to Thomas (Bubba).

“I’ve had a wonderful life”

Henry loved his 35 year career living and working as a teacher at numerous schools throughout the New England Tablelands and Northern Rivers regions. He was very proud of his final appointment as Principal at Harwood Island Public School where he finished his career in 1987. Henry and Fay had a long and happy retirement at Wollongbar.

At Henry’s request there was a private celebration of Henry’s life.
