Dot passed away peacefully at the Gawler Hospital on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Aged 79 years.

Beloved Partner to John. Loving Mum to Michael and Melissa. Special Nanna to Dylan, Brodie, Talise and Elysha.

A special thank you to Dr Bill Lees, Dr Chris Hocking and the nursing staff at the Gawler Hospital for the tremendous care provided to Dot.

She will always be lovingly remembered and forever in our hearts.
