BURTON, John ’Tubby’

It is with deep regret that the New Town & Glenorchy Past Players & Officials Assoc. record the sad passing of our former President & life member. A legend in his own right and passionate committeeman for 28 years. John’s passing is a loss to us all.

On behalf of members we extend our sincerest sympathy to his loving and caring wife Elizabeth and family.

The prolonged anguish of the past decade was more than most could endure. But John and family bravely fought his battle to the end.
