BUTTERFIELD, Ian. Ian passed away peacefully on 22 September 2018 at TQEH aged 67 years. Much loved friend and husband of Jeanmarie. Loved Father and Father-in-law of Shawn, Toni and Matthew. Adored Pa Ian of Conner, Erin, Hudson, April, Lily and Mitchell. Son of Harold and Joy Butterfield (both deceased). Son-in-law of Ray and Jean Howe. Ian will be forever in our hearts and sadly missed. Many thanks to Professor Tim Price, Dr Linda Foreman, Carl Phillipson and team members in Oncology and Palliative Care at TQEH.
