BYRNE (NÉE SCOTT), Margaret

Passed away on Friday, 22 March, 2024.

Born and died in her beloved Geelong.

Marg worked tirelessly for society and the environment through nursing, education, politics, motor racing, sport, the Uniting Church and Landcare.

Remembered dearly by her children Tamzin, Duncan, Freya and Rohan; their spouses Cameron and Georgia; and her grandson Alastair.

Our deepest thanks go to the nurses, doctors, allied health and care teams who gave us top quality extra time with Mum, and who ensured her passing was peaceful.

A service will be held at St Andrew’s, Portarlington.
