Ian was an entrepreneur, a dreamer and a visionary who's passions have left a lasting legacy in the aquaculture industry.
Ian was an avid fisherman who travelled many miles to fish a variety of locations when he wasn't fishing his own personal trout pond.
Ian also found joy in his veggie and rose gardens and always enjoyed watching the sea birds soaring overhead.
