Loving mother-in-law of Ann, Tracy and Annie

Dearly loved Gran of Sarah, Hamish, Nic, Nathan, Matt & Josh

Precious Great Gran of Ruby, Penelope & Corah

The family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful care provided by the Nurses, Carers and Staff at St Louis
