Bene Aged Care is forever grateful to the late Hon Jennifer Cashmore for her strong support and facilitation in establishing and opening the first Italian rest home, Adelaide Senior Citizen's Village (Bene Aged Care), at St Agnes, as the then Hon Jennifer Adamson, Minister of Health, on 7 June 1981.
