Adored great-nonna of Isabella Teresa,

Valentino, Jaxon, Iliana and Matheus.

Loving sister and sister-in-law of many.

Dear Mum, We watched you fade away, as you fought so hard to stay.

We saw you suffer, all we could do was sit with

tears as it broke our hearts. Thank you for all your love, patience & support and all that you have done and sacrificed for us. You will always live on forever in our hearts.
