After a long illness Guido passed away in the loving and tender arms of his teenage sweetheart and adored wife, Maria. They were in their 60th year of marriage.

Together they are the parents of Stephen and Patty, Sonya and Adrian, Andrew and Rachel, Wayne and Angela, Angela and David, Brendan and Jennifer, Damian and Fiona, John-Paul and Kathleen, Dominic and Jenna, Mathew and Katie, and Joshua and Vanessa. Opa, Overgrootvader and friend to many.
