All Relatives and Friends of the late HAZEL COLLINS are respectfully invited to attend her FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 10.00 a.m. WEDNESDAY MORNING 11th APRIL, 2012 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue, Townsville. The cortege will proceed to the Belgian Gardens Cemetery.
