Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Sister in Law, Aunty and friend to many. Sadly passed away 4/12/2017. Will be greatly missed, fondly remembered and always loved. Please join in celebrating Hazel's life Sunday 17/12/2017 2pm. Lower Moora Park, Shorncliffe (left of car park) Followed by scattering Hazel & Jim's ashes off Shorncliffe Pier. Refreshments provided. In lieu of flowers, donations to Prince Charles palliative care unit.
