COOK, Simone Catherine Born 29th November, 1971, sadly passed away unexpectedly 14th February, 2018. Beloved Wife of Nick. Adored Mother of Lily and Jack. Treasured Daughter and Daughter-in-law of Annette and Alan, Graham and Vera. Much loved Sister of Michael and John and their Families. Simone will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Simone's service to be held at the Kelvin Grove Chapel, 270 Kelvin Grove Road, Kelvin Grove on Friday 23rd February, 2018 commencing at 1pm. In celebration of Simone's life, please wear bright colours.
