SR. BENEDICT MSC

Sr. Benedict a dearly loved member of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus,

died on January 25th, 2024, aged 93 years

at St Catherine’s Aged Care Facility, Balwyn.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our much-loved sister and trust in her continued presence with us in a new way.

We extend our sympathy to her family members, especially her brother John and wife Marisca. We are very grateful for the gift of Sr. Benedict in our lives and for her faithful service over 70 years to our Congregation.

We thank especially the staff, nurses and doctors at St. Catherine’s who cared for her over a long period of time.

May she rest in peace now in the all-embracing Love of God.
